About Rich Valadez He is a dedicated REALTOR® based in San Antonio, Texas, with over 20 years of experience in the area's real estate market. He works with Rich Realty Group, JB Goodwin Realtors, driven by a mission to help people and provide outstanding customer service. Valadez and his wife have actively developed an income-producing real estate portfolio over the past decade, including single-family rental homes, short-term rentals, and multifamily apartments. They personally manage these properties.
Before his real estate career, Valadez spent 11 years at a San Antonio-based technology startup, Rackspace, where he held various roles including Senior Director of Talent. He is an alum of the University of Texas at San Antonio and St. Mary’s University, holding a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA. Married in 2007, he has two daughters who share his interest in real estate. Valadez is also an avid golfer, enjoys hiking with his family and dog, practices CrossFit, plays the bass guitar, rides motorcycles, takes photos, and loves to travel
